The Advisory Tour

During our meeting, we take notes of the current situation and identify any constraints for a smooth running of the desired project. We analyze the potential of the property we visit and make relevant suggestions.

We listen to your needs and explain how we can make your expectations a reality.

Preliminary design

To establish the broad outlines of our service, we carry out a technical survey of the existing situation. We discuss and propose different layout solutions, showing you 2D layout plans.

Our architects then create the desired decorative ambience, using design boards, which we submit to you.

Finally, we validate the project once and for all. Thanks to 3D views, you will get a realistic, precise overview of the universe you have imagined. Once this has been validated, our interior designers draw up plans for materials and coverings which will be used, as well as the layout and decoration, the furniture and lighting selection.

We then estimate the overall budget, taking into account renovation work and decoration, item by item and room by room.

Technical design

Once the aesthetic design is complete, the layout project is validated. The next step is to take charge of the technical side of things. To achieve this, our interior design firm carries out a study prior to starting the work.

First, we draw up a general design plan. In other words, we draw up detailed plans for cross-sections, elevations, layouts and so on. This plan takes account of the technical packages.

We then put together a tender document. We draw up a hand-picked list of service providers, then hand over the project to them. In this way, all the selected companies can themselves provide a precise estimate of the scope of work, for the part corresponding to their expertise. Finally, the overall estimate is analyzed with you, and together we select the craftsmen who will take part in your project. This way, you can have your say and be sure you are satisfied with the result, which is entirely tailored to your needs and expectations.
